Biography
Since relocating to Florida in 2004, Paul has been building on his experiences in the multifamily industry. Initially beginning his multifamily career as an inspector for Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, he then spent the next nine years working for HUD, traveling throughout the country inspecting multifamily properties.
After leaving HUD in 2016, Paul joined Legacy Residential Group and was tasked with overseeing the safety and compliance of the more than 6,000 multifamily units. Conducting safety audits, inspections, and providing instruction for the entire maintenance and property management staff, Paul’s primary concern is to ensure a safe, ADA compliant and injury-free environment at each location to eliminate risk and minimize liability.
