Biography
Hector Gomez is a veteran of residential property management with 20 years of experience in the Florida market. His employers have included The Related Group, Professional Management and Morguard.
He has directed a diverse portfolio from single family homes and condominiums to Tax Credit, Section 8, Elderly, Mixed Finance and Conventional communities. He has experience with the stabilization of distressed properties and lease ups. Mr. Gomez has earned his Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation and is a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
