Biography
Tommy is a managing partner of Legacy Residential Group. Prior to joining the company in 2014, he worked at Marcus & Millichap, one of the top financial intermediaries where he developed a comprehensive understanding of financing and investment real estate.
His experience working for CD Group further developed his acumen of the industry. As Portfolio Manager, Tommy focuses on the stability of each asset while administering the day to day operations and adding value to the properties, evaluating capital expenditure projects that provide a better return on investment. He oversees new construction and development opportunities for the portfolio. Tommy holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America.
